Prof. Jutta Roosen, Laboratory of Marketing and Consumer Research at the Technische Universität München (TUM), joins MFSA scientific board.
Consumer Science is a world-wide rising field in research and university education. It analyzes consumers in their economic, social and ecological environment.
In addition to the Laboratory of Marketing and Consumer Research in Munich, this field is investigated in the USA at Iowa State University (Ames, Iowa), Ohio State University (Columbus, Ohio), University of Wisconsin (Madison, Wisconsin), in the Netherlands at the University of Wageningen, and in Sweden at the School of Economics and Law, Göteborg (Centre for Consumer Science and Chalmers University of Technology).
